How to return a product - step by step
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you have 14 days from receipt to return the product without stating a reason.
1.Inform us of your wish to return

2. Pack the product for return
- Make sure the product is in pristine condition - no signs of use, with tags.
- Place in the original box (if possible) and then in a foil pack or other secure packaging.
- Include a printed return form or a slip of paper with your name and order number (it will make it easier for us to identify your parcel).
3. Send the package to:

We do not accept parcels on delivery. The cost of return is to be borne by the customer.
4. Return of funds
Refunds will be made within up to 14 days to the account or payment system used for the purchase.
How to make a complaint - step by step
If you have received a product with a defect, not as described or damaged - you have the right to make a complaint.
1. Submit a complaint by e-mail
Submit a complaint on the website: https://unwrinkled.eu/pl/rma-open.html
Send a message to: contact@unwrinkled.eu.
In the body state:
- first name and surname
- order number
- the name of the advertised product
- description of the defect or problem
- the date you noticed the problem
- photographs (if possible)
- preferred solution: replacement, repair or refund
2. Wait for an answer
We will respond to your claim within 14 calendar days.
Failure to respond within this period means that the complaint has been acknowledged.
3. Send back the product (if requested)
If necessary, we will ask you to return the product. We will forward to you:
- return address
- method of shipment
- information on shipping costs
4. Resolution of the case
Once the complaint has been investigated:
- we will send you a new or repaired product,
or - we will refund the money - as you requested.
Complaints are dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, in particular under warranty. You have the right to lodge a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase.
